These terms and conditions govern the use of the ck.dev website and the conditions for providing our services.
1. Operator
This website is operated by ck.dev, based in Brno, Czech Republic. Contact: projects@ckdev.cz.
2. Services Provided
We provide services in custom software development (web, mobile, desktop applications), corporate websites, internal systems, UI/UX design, branding, project review, and integrations. The scope and terms of each engagement are agreed upon individually.
3. Order and Contract
A contractual relationship is established based on a written order (including email) confirmed by both parties. Before starting work, we provide a solution proposal and cost estimate.
4. Pricing and Payment
Service pricing is determined individually based on the project scope. Payment terms, including deposits and due dates, are part of the quote or contract.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership of source code and intellectual property is defined in the contract. Unless otherwise agreed, the client receives a license to use the delivered work upon full payment.
6. Liability
Our liability for damages is limited to the price of the engagement. We are not liable for damages caused by misuse of the delivered work, third-party interference, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Warranty Claims
The client must report any defects without undue delay, no later than 30 days from delivery. Justified defects will be fixed free of charge within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the collaboration with written notice. The client is obligated to pay for work completed up to the termination date.
9. Final Provisions
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
